- You define, implement, and evolve the HSE strategy in alignment with the Group’s goals. You will foster a culture of prevention and risk management and ensure the implementation of the company’s workplace safety and well-being policy.
- You advise and support the employer and line managers in applying legal provisions related to employee well-being.
- You are responsible for promoting and overseeing the development and implementation of prevention plans (overall plan and annual plan) and support the execution of various projects related to workplace safety and well-being.
- You conduct site and workstation inspections and make recommendations aimed at improving worker safety, hygiene, and well-being.
- You participate in identifying risks and determining appropriate measures based on the hazards. You will participate in analyzing the contributing factors of accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses to identify root causes and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
- You provide advice and assist in drafting instructions (fire safety, use of work equipment, etc.) and in employee training.
- You draft meeting minutes regarding health and safety issues within the company.
- You organize and supervise SEPP inspections at the company.
- You determine the risk classification for each position within the company in collaboration with the CPMT and the employer.
- You participate in developing procedures to be followed by employees who report being victims of violence or psychological or sexual harassment in the workplace.
- You help define safety rules, ensure their proper implementation, and promote workplace well-being.
- You monitor HSE issues within the group and ensure the implementation of necessary health, safety, and environmental measures and initiatives.
- You have a Master’s degree in a science or technical-related field or equivalent experience.
- You hold a Level 1 Safety Advisor certification.
- You have solid experience in an industrial role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- You have a good command of French and English.
- You have a strategic mindset, are organized, and have a strong sense of priorities
- You exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when managing and handling information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are proactive and flexible
- You are solution-oriented, pragmatic, and open-minded
