ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a Project Manager (Learning, AI & Digital Transformation).
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

Management of training projects, including (but only) the immediate need for training on Summa for EEAS personnel both in HQ and Delegations.
- Estimations on timing, cost and resources needed for future projects, including (but not only) the arrival of new tools (such as those related to AI) on which terms of reference need to be prepared for a correct deployment of training plans to EEAS personnel both in HQ and Delegations.
- Planning and preparation of training project plans and, following their approval, close monitoring and logging of their execution, with timely report to management.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository data (using Hive or equivalent tools) that can provide simple and fast access to those players which will need access to the relevant documentation, ensuring it is kept up to date by other team members.
- Have a forward-looking attitude by tracking (and if possible anticipating) potential deviations on time, cost or resources needed and propose viable alternatives to management.
- Integration of GenAI tools and similar technologies in learning and development projects, including online learning and e-learning
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
The consultant must demonstrate experience in:

Minimum 7 years and up to 10 years of professional experience.
- At least three years of experience in project management.
- Experience in designing and delivering training initiatives, particularly for remote offices, incorporating online and e-learning components.
- Knowledge and experience with GenAI tools and similar technologies in learning and development, including content creation, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, as well as online learning and e-learning.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow) and certification in PMI, PRINCE2, or PM².
- Practical experience with reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with experience in effectively presenting and promoting projects, combined with sound judgement.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Team player, strong self-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Resilience and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment under tight deadlines.
