\* 3+ years of PMO experience (public sector, defence, finance, or similar). \* Willingness to work primarily full time on‑site in Brussels.

Define and further develop project management methods, standards, tools and templates in line with internal practices and team needs.

Act as a "mirror" to the technical teams during weekly meetings, proactively identifying deviations and steering the team toward target dates.
