In this role you will play a key role in:
- Coordinating day-to-day supply chain operations, managing workflows and ensuring timely delivery of materials and components in line with production schedules and business requirements
- Managing relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact to resolve operational issues, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifying, analysing, and resolving supply chain disruptions and operational challenges, taking initiative to implement effective solutions that minimise impact on production and delivery timelines
- Leading and supporting cross-functional supply chain projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Monitoring and reporting on key supply chain KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making and process optimisation
We are looking for a motivated and curious supply chain professional with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- You hold a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, and bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or operations role
- You have hands-on experience managing supplier relationships and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry
- You are proficient in supply chain management tools and ERP systems (such as SAP or equivalent), and have a solid understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes
- You communicate with clarity and confidence in English, both written and verbally; proficiency in French or Dutch is considered a strong asset in the Belgian market
- You demonstrate strong ownership and initiative, approaching challenges with courage and a solution-oriented mindset, and continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve
