We're looking for Junior, Midweight and Senior Designers to join our team and play a key role in shaping brand identities that leave a lasting impression.
You’ll be at the centre of the creative process, working hands-on across branding, rebranding and packaging projects, while collaborating closely with other Brand Designers and Creative Directors. Depending on your experience, you’ll take on different levels of ownership across projects, with plenty of room to grow and develop your craft.
No two weeks are the same. You’ll work with a wide range of clients and industries, from established brands to ambitious challengers. One day you might be developing a brand concept or packaging design; the next, you’ll be refining a visual system, animating a logo or preparing a client presentation.
Job responsibilities:
1. Create with Purpose
Translate strategy and creative briefs into strong visual concepts and brand expressions.
Develop identities across typography, colour, imagery and graphic language.
Build and refine concepts from initial idea to polished execution.
Clearly articulate the thinking behind your creative choices.
Challenge conventions and explore unexpected creative territories.
2. Create Distinctive Brands
Develop coherent brand systems across print, digital, packaging, motion and physical environments.
Think beyond individual executions and create identities that are consistent, adaptable and scalable.
Translate identities into distinctive packaging, balancing creativity with functionality and production reality.
See motion as a natural part of branding, from logo animation to broader motion principles.
Create guidelines and tools that help brands stay recognisable over time.
3. Collaborate and contribute
Work closely with designers, Creative Director, Strategy, Client Service and Production.
Present ideas clearly, welcome feedback and use it to strengthen the work.
Contribute actively to creative reviews and studio culture.
Share references, ideas and expertise with the wider team.
4. Take ownership and grow
Contribute to branding, rebranding and packaging projects of different scales.
Work independently on projects appropriate to your level of experience.
Take increasing ownership of projects and workstreams as you develop.
Balance creative ambition with strategic relevance and feasibility.
For Senior Designers: lead projects, help shape creative direction and support the development of less experienced designers.
5. Positioning
