Hierbij draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige coördinatie, administratie en organisatie van logistieke opdrachten Jij bent het brein achter prijsaanvragen, bestellingen en transportplanning en dit op wereldwijde schaal. Je initieert waar nodig de meest geschikte forwarder/transporteur per regio of type zending. Flexibiliteit is jouw sterkte. Je staat altijd klaar om transporten bij te sturen om onze klantgerichte service te kunnen garanderen. Je maakt transportdossiers en vrachtdossiers op en controleert nauwkeurig alle facturen. Daarbij zorg je dat alle nodige administratie tijdig wordt voorzien. Dagelijks onderhoud je een nauw contact met transporteurs en streeft steeds naar verbetering. Waar nodig school je je bij in functie van regionale regelgevingen met betrekking tot import en export. Je profiel Je behaalde minimum een Bachelordiploma in een relevante richting en beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen transportplanning. Een vlotte schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels. Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit. Je werkt heel planmatig en administratief nauwgezet. Proactief en ondernemend kunnen onderhandelen. Nauw letten op het naleven van deadlines en kunnen omgaan met stress.
