As a Business Architect at The Value Hub, you’re the advisor who bridges the gap between a client’s ambition and the reality of getting there. Using tools like capability mapping, value stream mapping and event storming, you help clients, from large enterprises to small businesses, figure out what needs to happen, both short and long term. And once the whiteboard scribbles are done, you’re the one who turns them into a plan people can actually act on.
- Advise & analyze: facilitate workshops such as capability mapping, value stream mapping and event storming to uncover what a client’s business really needs, short and long term.
- Align & translate: bring IT managers, CIOs and domain leads back to the same page, and turn the outcome of the room into a concrete plan.
- Build relationships: from a quick intake call to a long-term engagement, you listen first and pitch later.
- Share & coach: whether it’s a keynote for a room full of executives or a coaching session with a junior colleague, you make complex things simple.
- You have a contagious customer-centric mindset.
- Your analytical skills bridge the gap between the business domain and the functional analysts and developers.

CLIENTS & SECTORS
you’ll work across all sectors, from large enterprises to smaller businesses, on anything from a 3-day advisory assignment to being allocated to one client for day-to-day architecture work.
LOCATION
based out of Antwerp, Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant or Brussels, with room to look wider depending on the assignment. Remote work is standard, and clients can ask for on-site presence up to 1-2 days a week.
TEAM & REPORTING
Client-side, you typically report to a CIO, IT manager or IT director. Internally, there’s no strict hierarchy; you’re coached with a servant-leadership approach rather than managed top-down.

Archimate, LeanIX, Sparx or TOGAF are tools we pick from when useful, never a rulebook we follow blindly. We stay pragmatic.
