De Product Manager zorgt voor een goede product- en informatieflow in de hele organisatie en weet alle stakeholders te bezielen. Je bezorgt feedback rond productoptimalisaties aan R&D en dit vanuit de input die je krijgt van het sales team en het tekenbureau. Je zet mee de krijtlijnen uit qua productvoering en de wijze waarop het productgamma in de markt wordt gezet. Functieomschrijving/Taken Als Product Manager ben je de stuwende kracht achter productinnovaties binnen onze sector. Je werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen in Europa en de US: Marketing, R&D, Productie, Aankoop, Sales, ... Op vraag van de markt of komende uit R&D werk je nieuwe opportuniteiten uit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor marktonderzoek en concurrentieanalyse, je geeft de nodige input aan het marketing team en je staat in voor producttrainingen aan het sales team. Je kent je product, markt en verkoopkanaal. Je bezoekt beurzen, je denkt mee met de eindklant, begrijpt hoe hij te werk gaat en je geeft technisch advies. Je zorgt voor de communicatie en opvolging met R&D rond product updates uit de markt. Je neemt deel aan R&D meetings en deelt je kennis. Je staat in voor de opmaak en opvolging van stappenplannen voor productlanceringen (route to market). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van een educational hub: je beheert het volledige productgamma en al zijn technische aspecten. Profiel Je beschikt over een Master diploma in een technische richting. Je hebt relevante ervaring in Product Management. Je bent een generalist met een sterke interesse in techniek. Je houdt overzicht en hebt tevens oog voor detail Je bent een multi-tasker, werkt gestructureerd en bent organisatorisch sterk. Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
