Purpose of the Role
The Payroll Advisor is responsible for the accurate , compliant , and timely delivery of the local BE payroll . This role ensures payroll operations are aligned with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies while driving standardization and continuous improvement of payroll processes across the region.
The Pa yroll Advisor will act as a key expert on payroll and social legislation, collaborating closely with People, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Validate payroll calculations, including salaries, bonuses, variable compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions.

Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Belgian payroll. Experience in international or multi-country payroll environments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices and social security regulations.
- Experience managing external payroll vendors.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, Cloudpay , SAP, ADP, Acerta, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complexity and work across different legal frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch & English; additional European languages are a plus.
Compensation
Our starting base salary for this role is 65,000 EUR gross fix per year.
