As a Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, you will be part of our ERP team, which is responsible for delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their finance processes and requirements, and design and implement a solution that supports and optimizes their business performance. You will also collaborate with a team of other experts, both onshore and offshore, to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the solution. You will also have the opportunity to learn from more experienced colleagues while sharing knowledge within our global ERP community.
Support the analysis and mapping of finance and related business processes at client organizations and assist in gathering business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Finance functionality to support client processes, controls, and reporting needs.
Contribute to the implementation lifecycle including configuration, testing, and deployment activities, working closely with both onshore and offshore team members.
Support solution quality by following agreed standards, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
Provide functional support to end users, including assisting with training sessions, preparing documentation, and supporting issue resolution during and after go-live.
Participate in projects across different clients and industries, gaining exposure to a variety of finance processes and business environments.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary project team alongside project managers, solution architects, functional consultants, and developers, while communicating closely with client key users.
Support presales activities when needed by contributing finance-related input to proposals, demonstrations, or solution assessments.
About you
You are curious about how technology can improve financial processes and are motivated to continue developing your expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and the Microsoft ecosystem.
You enjoy working in a consulting environment where you collaborate with colleagues and clients to solve business challenges. You are analytical, structured, and comfortable interacting with business stakeholders.
You are a proactive team player who values continuous learning and knowledge sharing, and you take ownership of your work while contributing to successful project outcomes.
3–6 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance (and/or previous versions)
Solid understanding of core finance processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance configuration and implementation projects is a strong advantage.
A Microsoft Dynamics certification is considered a plus.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into system configurations or functional specifications.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
Proactive mindset with motivation to continuously develop expertise in Dynamics 365 and finance transformation.
Ability to support presales activities by contributing functional input to proposals, demonstrations, or solution discussions.
Willingness to share knowledge and lessons learned within the team and contribute to internal initiatives such as documentation, best practices, or community sessions
