Every card transaction, invoice, and customer interaction starts with a reliable platform. As a Senior Application & Operations Analyst, you'll make sure our card systems perform flawlessly today and are ready for tomorrow.
You'll combine operational expertise with a strong project mindset. You'll oversee critical day-to-day processes, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure reliable service. At the same time, you'll play a key role in system enhancements, new releases, and strategic projects that strengthen our card services.

You'll keep our card platforms running reliably while continuously improving the systems and processes behind them.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly processes across the cards landscape, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, billing, reporting, and reconciliations.
Analyze incidents, operational issues, and exceptions, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions that prevent future problems.
Manage data exchanges between the cards platform and internal systems, customers, suppliers, networks, and external partners.
Support users by handling incidents and change requests, ensuring fast and effective resolution of support cases.
Develop financial and commercial reports that help management, sales teams, and customers make informed decisions.
Lead new card system releases, from impact analysis and configuration to testing, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer.
Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality or reliability.
Contribute to strategic projects involving new card solutions, innovative technologies, and the continued growth of our services.
Manage security processes across the cards landscape and safeguard the integrity of systems and data.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance and budgets, and take action to achieve the best results.
Maintain clear process documentation, share knowledge within the team, and support colleagues as new systems and ways of working are introduced.
Ensure all activities comply with audit requirements, security standards, compliance regulations, and internal procedures.

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in ICT or a related field.
You have at least 5–6 years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in managing and integrating business applications.
You combine a solid financial affinity with SQL knowledge and have experience with IT governance and IT operations, enabling you to manage supplier performance effectively.
You're hands-on, solve technical challenges proactively, and work in a structured way in a fast-changing environment.
You analyze complex issues quickly and turn them into practical, sustainable solutions.
You're a team player and an open communicator who explains technical concepts clearly and keeps customers at the center of everything you do.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
