About the Role
Are you a technical professional with a passion for people, performance, and continuous improvement? As a Technical Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of critical production and facility equipment at Coca-Cola's Ghent site.
Guiding a team of skilled technicians, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate planned and reactive works, and drive improvements that support operational excellence. How you add value:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a strong safety and performance culture.
Plan, coordinate, and prioritize preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Work closely with production, engineering, and site leadership teams to align maintenance priorities with operational goals.
Monitor workload, resources, and maintenance schedules to ensure efficient execution of planned activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures.
Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with site procedures, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards.
Support the implementation of new equipment, processes, and operational improvements.
Track maintenance performance KPIs and use data-driven insights to enhance team effectiveness.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and best practice across the site.
Who we are looking for?:
Proven experience in a maintenance, engineering, or technical leadership role within a manufacturing, production, FMCG, or industrial environment.
Previous experience leading or supervising technical teams.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.
Ability to prioritize workloads, manage competing demands, and make sound operational decisions.
Hands-on problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Comfortable working with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Technical qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant experience.
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
