Mission Overview:
The Process Engineer consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions for a client in the banking sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our company on-site, working within the client's Transformation Office to drive process excellence.
Mission Context:
The client’s Tribe Invest & Financial Insurances is responsible for delivering investment products and maintaining end-to-end solutions for their customers. The organization is structured into squads and clusters, facing significant challenges to accelerate digitalization and regulatory compliance. You will join the Advice Cluster, focusing on the Contracting squad, processing and analyzing contracting processes for all Invest portfolio contracts, including flows, legal aspects, pledging, donations, activations, and addenda.
Responsibilities:

Define and implement new business (sub)processes aligned with business architecture principles and strategic objectives.

Adjust and improve existing processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.

Contribute to application changes and testing as needed.

Monitor and assess processes using key indicators and customer feedback to identify improvements.

Conduct analyses and studies related to process optimization.
-
Communicate and liaise with all stakeholders, including operational teams, to ensure effective implementation.

Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for standardized implementation and incident resolution.

Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, General Inspection).

Guide change management, ensuring customers and employees master new or changed processes.

Provide user support and follow-up after process changes.

Collaborate with Business and IT partners during ideation phases to ensure solutions meet customer and employee needs, align with strategy, and achieve efficiency and risk management objectives.

Work within a multidisciplinary Agile team, contributing to defining, building, testing, and implementing products or services.

Help deliver stories in planned sprints, supporting the team beyond your specific expertise.

Organize work independently, estimating scope and complexity of tasks.

Commit to work during sprints or trimesters via Agile Ceremonies, including Quarterly Agile Planning.
Requirements:

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by experience.

2-6 years of relevant experience.

Fluent in French and Dutch; good command of English.

Good knowledge of process management tools (mandatory).

Knowledge of Invest or Banking sector business context (mandatory).

Expertise in process improvement methods and techniques (mandatory).

Mastery of risk management and control (mandatory).

Notions of business architecture, automation (IT and robotization), and data management (preferable).

Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure and model.

Efficient facilitator and communicator (oral and written).

Strong ability to convince, influence, and negotiate.
