- Be the Brand Oracle: Serve as the go-to expert for Dutch-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat. Whether they need help choosing the right hair styling attachment or figuring out their smart vacuum, you’ve got the answers.
- Get Hands-On With Cool Tech: You won’t just talk about products; you’ll know them inside out. You’ll troubleshoot gadget queries, handle order tracking, and solve after-sales questions like a pro.
- Deliver Good Energy: Turn customer confusion into "wow, thank you so much!" moments with smooth, friendly, and solution-focused support.
- Keep It Seamless: Work inside a sleek digital ecosystem, navigating browser tabs and support tools while updating customer records.
Requirements
Who You Are -
The Voice: You speak and write Dutch at a native/fluent level (C1+) and can easily communicate in English for internal training and team hangs.
- The Experience: You bring some experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality under your belt.
- The Tech Mind: You actually like gadgets, appreciate sleek design, and don't panic when navigating multiple software tabs.
