Content & Event Marketing Specialist
Location: Ghent, Belgium (on-site) · Type: Full-time · Team: Marketing
About Stampix
Stampix brings joy into people's lives by turning their personal digital photos into tangible, branded memories. Since 2016, we've helped brands like Orange, Colgate, Disney and Vodafone transform their CRM, loyalty and marketing strategy with Photo Rewards. Through these partnerships, we’ve printed over 20 million personal photos across 20+ countries.
We're an international, dynamic team based in the heart of Ghent, where every person has real ownership over their work. While this role give you responsibility over both Stampix’ channels, as well as those of the Loyalty Summit through our partnership, you'll be fully embedded in the Stampix team, working from our office and becoming part of our day-to-day culture, team meetings and activities.
The Role
We're looking for a Content & Event Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Ghent.
This is a unique dual role: you'll spend roughly 50% of your time growing Stampix's marketing channels and 50% working with the Loyalty Summit team, one of Europe's leading communities for loyalty professionals.
For Stampix, you'll help turn our ideas, customer stories and campaigns into engaging B2B content, particularly on LinkedIn. For Loyalty Summit, you'll work with a constant stream of content coming from conferences, speakers, podcasts and industry leaders — turning longer-form material into engaging social posts, short videos, newsletters and other content that keeps the community active year-round.
You'll also help coordinate speakers in the run-up to Loyalty Summit events and attend selected European events, where you'll support the team, capture content and experience the industry first-hand.
You'll be based in the Stampix office and work closely with our Marketing Lead, while also collaborating directly with the international Loyalty Summit team via video calls.
It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety and responsibility. One week you might be editing a video from a keynote, the next creating a Stampix campaign, coordinating with a Loyalty Summit speaker or covering an event on LinkedIn. It's an opportunity to learn quickly, build a broad marketing skill set and become deeply connected to the world of customer loyalty.
What you'll do

For Loyalty Summit — ±50%

- Coordinate communications with speakers in the run-up to events and encourage them to amplify their participation through their own channels.
- Track speaker promotion and follow up where needed.
- Support the Loyalty Summit team during European events, including speaker support, check-in, podcast/video recordings and on-site content capture.
- Work with the wider Loyalty Summit team to continuously improve the content and marketing workflow.
