Plus jamais
Travailler chez Action a été l'une des expériences les plus nul de ma vie. Les responsables semblent avoir une attitude arrogante et pensent tout leur être permis. Ils exercent une pression énorme tout en menaçant de réduire les heures des étudiants s'ils ne travaillent pas assez rapidement. Les clients ne sont pas toujours respectueux, ce qui ajoute au défi. La gerante a tendance à se comporter de manière supérieure, même si le poste de gérante ne nécessite pas de qualifications particulières. Cette attitude donne l'impression qu'ils se considèrent comme des co-PDG d'Action, alors qu'ils ne gagnent qu'une légère augmentation pour un travail deux fois plus exigeant. Je donne deux étoiles en raison du salaire.

Bonne expérience
Ce fut une bonne expérience en tant que premier job, mais l'ambiance dans les différents magasin n'est plus comme avant, entre les clients mal éduqué et la pression des supérieur avec des équipes à 2 vitesses...

Fun workplace, excellent colleagues
I had a great time working at Action and was really sad to leave. My colleagues were great. Still in touch with them. Very busy shop, fast paced environment. Days go quickly which is nice.

Valse beloftes en onderbetaald , te veel drama en geen respect tegenover elkaar , het was soms leuk en toffe collegas (sommige ) heel erg spijtig maar het is wat het is

Fun Job, Great Culture, Supportive Team
ABC is a great company to work for. The benefits and pay are good, and there are many opportunities to grow with the company. They truly want to see their employees succeed. They do a great job of creating a fun work environment and recognize the hard work their employees do every day. Everyone has a common goal of helping the kids we work with and making it as enjoyable as possible. There are many perks to working for ABC. I really love my job and believe this company is unique compared to other ABA companies. Of course, like any job, there are occasional issues that arise, but for the most part they are handled well and management is approachable. If you're looking for a job in this field, I would definitely recommend ABC!!

Christmas gift
This is the first time in my entire work history that I was the holidays off. I worked in retail and in home health for a few years and the holidays were always tough but this company has lived up to its promise of taking care of its employees. Even before the break, the amount of fun activities takes the day to day stress away. They really have created a company that goes above and beyond to treat employees and kids with love and compassion. Working here is a christmas gift for my family!

oke sfeer alleen vervelende lijdinggevende
werken bij action was opzich leuk en de solicitatie verliep heel snel had de avond ervoor gesoliciteerd en werd de dag erna al uitgenodigd en kreeg meteen de functie apart maar toch.. daarna ben ik na een half jaar toch maar weg gegaan omdat de lijdinggevende teveel druk op me heeft gezet.. ook keek ze de hele tijd of je wel goed vakkenvulde terwijl ik er in die tijd al 3 maanden werkte.. maargoed net nadat ik was weg gegaan was ook de desbetreffende lijdinggevende ontslagen voor een onbekende reden. Dus uiteraard weet ik genoeg haha!

Stressful and busy
The work that I have done here is very stressful. You have to run about the whole day since the managers cannot seem to do their job well on their own (not that you get paid for it) and the employees seem to always get the blame if things don't work out in our store.
My colleagues however were great people and were the only thing that still kept me there. The pay is not great, I was not even able to rent anything near the city I worked in.
The work I did was not bad; service desk, cash register, stocking shelves. It's just that the management was poorly executed.

Vous vivrez action.
Plus de 8 ans chez action, j'ai vu tout les points positifs et négatifs de chez action. Action s'est développer au cours de ses dernières années. 13eme mois ( attention pas tout le monde) et 1 prime d'été et chèque resteau que l'on a eu depuis quelque mois. Clients peu respecteux. Environnement très stressant au quotidien suite aux directives donnée par nos supérieur. Des fois trop de tâches à faire pour peu de temps. À vous de faire votre expérience action...

Is the worst company I've ever worked with
No hourly pay
Management Will threaten to fire you everyday they only care about ripping people off you get 0 insurance super old work vehicles that never get maintenance always breaking down or are dangerous to drive they don't have proper uniforms and you will get yelled at for not buying your own truck stock

Equipe plus ou moins bien , mais travail de titans
J'ai rejoinds action pour fuir la restauration , le seul avantage que j'ai c'est les horaires autrement contrat de 30h peu suffisant quand on a sa maison , on nous demande d'apprendre tres rapidement alors que le magasin est gigantesque , bien en attendanr de trouver une autre entreprise car pour le smic on nous en demande trop contrairzmznt a certains de leurs concurrents

Company do not care about the clients, its all about filling rooms
Bulling culture by various members of staff and management no team spirit
The place is full of self centred individuals stepping on others to gain brownie points childish.Long days and evening shifts lot expected for money.Staff helping themselves to food donations meant for the needy people,discussing call them selves a CHARITY lol.
